Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of EasyPPP (“EasyPPP”, “we”, “us”), a software service at easyppp.com and app.easyppp.com. By creating an account or connecting a Stripe account you agree to them.

What EasyPPP does

EasyPPP is a purchasing power parity pricing service for businesses that sell with Stripe. You connect your Stripe account, choose which Stripe Prices to localize, and EasyPPP creates additional Stripe Prices on your Products at locally adjusted amounts in local currencies. An API returns the right Price for a buyer’s location. EasyPPP is sold to businesses, not consumers, and no physical goods are shipped.

EasyPPP never charges your customers, issues refunds, or moves money on your behalf. Payments between you and your customers are processed by Stripe under your own Stripe agreement. Your customers are not EasyPPP’s customers.

Fees and billing

Pricing is published on our pricing page. Fees are calculated on revenue you collect on Prices that EasyPPP created, net of refunds, and are billed monthly in arrears to the payment card on file. Revenue at your base Prices is never counted. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice by email; continued use after the change takes effect is acceptance of the new pricing.

Refunds and billing disputes

Fees are based on usage already delivered, so they are generally non-refundable. If you believe an invoice is wrong, email support@easyppp.com within 30 days of the invoice date. We will review the underlying Stripe data with you and correct any error by refund or credit within 10 business days of agreeing it. Please contact us before raising a dispute with your card issuer; we resolve almost everything directly.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by removing your Stripe connection in the EasyPPP dashboard or by emailingsupport@easyppp.com. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. After you cancel we stop serving localized Prices and send a final invoice for usage up to the cancellation date. Prices EasyPPP created remain in your Stripe account and are yours to keep or archive.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials and API keys confidential.
• Make sure the prices you publish comply with the laws of the markets you sell into, including any tax and consumer pricing rules.
• Do not use the service to resell, scrape or reverse engineer it, or to break any law.

Service and availability

We work to keep the API available and fast, but the service is provided “as is” without warranty. If EasyPPP is unavailable your integration should fall back to your base Price. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Legal and export restrictions

EasyPPP is not available to persons or businesses in countries or regions subject to comprehensive US sanctions, or to anyone on a US government restricted-party list. We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe fall within these restrictions.

Promotions

Any promotion will state its own terms where it is offered.
